1. Nature of Our Services

All services offered by Sky Reach IT are digital, non-tangible, and irreversible.
Once a service has been successfully delivered—such as a live backlink, published article, or completed digital task—it is considered final and cannot be undone.

For this reason, refunds are generally not applicable after successful delivery, except under the specific conditions listed below.


2. Eligibility for Full Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

  • Sky Reach IT fails to deliver the ordered service
  • The backlink or guest post cannot be published due to an internal issue on our end
  • The service is technically impossible to complete from our side

If approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Payment gateway charges may be deducted where applicable.


3. Refund Request Timeframe

All refund requests must be submitted:

  • Within 24 hours of placing the order, or
  • Within 24 hours of identifying an issue

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not qualify for review.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service has already been delivered successfully
  • The client changes their mind after work has begun
  • Delays caused by the client (late content, incorrect URLs, approval delays, etc.)
  • Google indexing issues after successful publication
  • Publisher site downtime, link removal, or external policy changes
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations that were not part of the service description

5. Refunds for Work in Progress

If your order is still in progress:

  • Refund requests will be reviewed individually
  • If significant work has already been completed, a partial refund may apply
  • If the work is nearly finished, refunds may not be possible

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Approval or rejection will be confirmed within 24 hours
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only
  • We do not send refunds to alternative accounts
